Prior to entering academia, Professor Corn served in the U.S. Army for 21 years as an officer, as Chief of International Law for U.S. Army Europe, and as the Army’s senior law of war expert advisor, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.

Prior to entering academia, Professor Dunlap was the U.S. Air Force's Deputy Judge Advocate General, assisting in the oversight of more than 2,200 judge advocates and 350 civilian attorneys assigned worldwide.

Keith Molkner has led dozens of programs across Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America supporting good governance, the rule of law, and legal and regulatory reform.

Prior to entering private practice, Steve Pelak served as the Justice Department's National Coordinator for Export Controls/Sanctions Enforcement as well as the Principal Deputy Chief and Acting Chief of the Counterespionage Section (CES) of the National Security Division.

Bruce Rashkow served for ten years as Director of the General Legal Division in the Office of Legal Affairs at the United Nations. In that capacity, he provided legal advice to the Secretary General and other officials throughout the UN regarding the financial, organizational, personnel, procurement, ethics, and other management and administrative issues.
