Orde Félix Kittrie has been a law professor at Arizona State University since 2004. He also serves as a senior fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, a Washington, DC-based nonpartisan research institute focusing on national security and foreign policy. Kittrie is the author of the landmark book "Lawfare: Law as a Weapon of War" (Oxford University Press), which describes how and why law has become an increasingly powerful and prevalent weapon of war.
